Over 25 years of experience in the event & incentive industry, we have travelled all continents around the globe, organising many events in exceptional locations. For the year 2018 we have now chosen our top favourites, which would be optimally suited for your next Event!
We start in the Nordic island State and the largest volcanic island south of the northern Arctic Circle – Iceland.
Iceland is not only the impressive island of fire and ice. Only a few places in the world have a comparable offer of unique nature and exciting activities. And in no other place can you plan such extraordinary incentive trips in all seasons. Incentive – trips that are full of adventures and adventure!
Join us on a glacier exploration trip in so-called “monster Jeeps” or take a dip in the hot springs of the island. In winter the snowmobiles wait in front of your hotel and in the summer you can go on the backs of the friendly Icelandic ponies excursions.
Whether you want to watch whales on your journey through the Atlantic Ocean or take in the moss-covered hilly landscape in the footsteps of film scenes such as Games of Thrones – Marvel and marvel at the visit of the Icelandic volcanic landscape and the Gushing sources no more out.

Faile Ireland – Dublin is one of the friendliest cities in the world. In addition, your incentive participants will find a unique blend of unspoilt nature, culture, history, Irish coziness and vibrant metropolitan life.
A perfect mix for a Congress or an event as a motivational measure!
A number of airlines fly directly to Dublin. Another advantage: Dublin International Airport is only 30 minutes from the city centre. Once there you can choose from atmospheric hotels with international quality. Numerous hotel chains offer the perfect mix of conference hotel and hotel in country style.
In addition, there are a number of exclusive Congress, conference and Gala venues of all sizes in Dublin. The city has already hosted events with 30,000 participants, but is also ideally suited for events with fewer guests or even smaller, very individual incentive groups.
Dublin has a micro-climate that makes the city a few degrees warmer than the surrounding area.

Our Next top destination is a southern European island State in the Mediterranean of Malta.
Only ninety kilometers south of Sicily, you end up in a mix of English and Arabic Kulturauf the international Airport la Valetta.
The island is not only captivated by its medieval architecture in the cities of Mdina or Valetta – The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has been voted the capital of Culture 2018. The historic Mdina is located in the centre of Malta, with walls dating back to the Middle Ages. The mighty Fort St. Angelo in the natural harbour of Grand Harbour – also a must on Malta – dates back to an Arab foundation stone laying around 870 ad.
Another attraction for an incentive program is the impressive Blue Grotto, the color of which is created by blue algae. The 90 metre long and forty metre high Grotto belongs to a cave system consisting of six halls which can only be reached from the sea side.
The mild climate, the high safety standards and the easy accessibility with direct flights from several German and European airports are ideal for successful events.
Various customers have already supported nice:-) in Malta with their event organisation. In 1992, the first incentive was implemented on the island and since then, customer projects of different colours have been implemented continuously.
A big plus of Malta are the Professional congress hotels, which not only offer sufficient capacity under one roof, but also can provide the conference facilities for workshops, meetings and the room offer for evening receptions.
For the very special Gala dinner there are various locations with space for 50 up to 400 people, such as near St Julian’s Fort St. Elmo or the Salut of the battery in Valetta itself.
