nice:-) Top 5 Country Ranking – Part Two
Last week we represented Iceland, Dublin & Malta in the nice:-) country ranking 2018, this week it will be Oriental & Caribbean!
We start in the Orient. Abu Dhabi is top of the list when it comes to providing customers with a diverse incentive trip to the United Arab Emirates.
Abu Dhabi is a vibrant metropolis between breathtaking architecture and Oriental markets. An impressive desert landscape and absolute luxury hotels offer fantastic opportunities for incentives.
In addition to the rapid economic development, the city has made its mission to emphasize the cultural component more strongly. Abu Dhabi is trying to differentiate itself from Dubai’s lifestyle tourism and to develop more into a cultural hub. Due to the rapid growth since 1980, the emirate is one of the most modern regions in the world. So anyone who wants to convey modern & tradition to their customers in a program is just right in Abu Dhabi!
From Germany you land after a 6 hours flight at an international airport. The new airport is still under construction, and Abu Dhabi will set a signal again with the opening. Currently Abu Dhabi International Airport is only 30 km away from the city. So very quickly you are everywhere.
In addition to the visit of an impressive mosque like the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, there are also boat tours with stops on lonely islands or a seaplane flight at the top of the list as incentive activities. Abu Dhabi is surrounded by plenty of water, because the land has been created on numerous islands. In contrast to Dubai, you can also find original green, such as mangroves. If you need an off-road kick, take a Jeep in the desert, conquer the high dunes and finish the day with a dinner under the Oriental Starry sky.
Adrenaline junkies meet for the Drift Challenge ride in a race car-in the Ferrari World or dine right at the racetrack, in the Yas Marina. Hotels with meeting rooms specially designed for trade fairs and congresses abound in Abu Dhabi and at a good price-performance ratio.
Abu Dhabi a hot spot for incentives!
From the orient it goes across the large pond to the largest island of the Caribbean.
Cuba – a classic when it comes to Caribbean feeling and still not interchangeable by another Caribbean island if you want to experience a very special incentive program.
Coffee, rum, hand-rolled cigars, the ubiquitous Fidel Castro revolution and not forgetting the American retro cars of the 1960s – Cuba is like a journey through time.
The sun, the beach, the palms and the sea; More than 200 bays, 300 fine sandy beaches lined with palm trees – this is also what makes Cuba. There is a pleasant tropical climate all year round. However, the most pleasant time is November to May. Then the dry season and the average temperature is 25 °c.
From Europe there are several scheduled flights with many international airlines to the capital city of Havana. A number of charter airlines fly directly to the coast, to Varadero, to the Cayos and to Holguín. When you arrive, you are right in the middle of it-in the Cuban feeling. The ubiquitous salsa takes everyone with you and while strolling over the romantic places from the colonial period you experience impressive architecture, lovable street cafes and a lot of historical scenery. Life is on the streets, it is completely safe to watch the hustle and bustle of Havana’s old town streets. The Cuban takes his zest for life in every day and this particular spirit is palpable in Havana.
In addition to the large hotels, the Havana International Conference Center is the best-known & largest Congress centre in the city, with about 6,000 sqm and 11 modern equipped and air-conditioned meeting rooms, all about meetings, trade fairs or Congresses. In more than 200 hotels of all categories, including the well-known international hotel chains such as Accor, Barceló and Meliá, events of up to 500 participants can be easily realized.
Cuba is a destination that is unique in its kind in the world. And who knows how long this will last? The first sign of a change in the country has already been 2017.
Therefore, you should not put your plans for an incentive trip to the island too far into the future.
